Adding custom products to an order

When you want to add a product that’s not in your catalog, you can add a custom product in Cleverific. Follow the steps below to learn how to create a custom product:

Add a custom product

  1. Open an order to which you’d like to add a custom product.
  2. Click More actions > Edit Order.

  3. In your editor, Click the gift box icon.

  4. Set all relevant product fields (Title, Quantity, and Unit Price fields are required), and check the box "Item requires shipping" if it applies. 

  5. Click  Save Changes.
  6. The custom product you added populates as a line item on your order.

Tip: Custom products can also be added to new orders and draft orders.
