Synchronization issue with third-party apps

Some third-party apps cannot read that an order may be canceled or deleted in Shopify, which can cause synchronization issues after you edit an order in Cleverific's Advanced Mode. This article will show you our best solution to fix this.

Remove suffix

Depending on how your third-party app reads the orders, they might require the edited order name to be the same as the original order name.

In Cleverific, you can manually edit the order name to remove the suffix. By doing so, your edited order will have the same order name as your original order.
