Synchronization issue with third-party apps

Some third-party apps are unable to read that an order may be canceled or deleted in Shopify, which can cause synchronization issues after you edit an order in Cleverific. This article will show you a solution to this. 

Remove suffix

Depending on how your third-party app reads the orders, we'd recommend manually editing the order name in Cleverific (i.e., removing the suffix).
