Changing settings in Customer Portal
Customer Portal includes custom logic that you can adjust to fit your business needs. This article will show you the settings available.
In your Customer Portal settings, you can:
- Change the editing window time frame
- Prevent edits based on order tags
- Allow your customers to update quantities
- Allow your customers to cancel their orders
- Allow your customers to change variants
- Allow your customers to remove items from their order
- Allow your customers to add items to their orders
- Filtering line item properties from your customers
- Allow your customers to change their shipping method
You can also:
- Disallow your customers to edit orders with medium/high fraud risk
- Disallow your customers to change the shipping address
- Disallow your customers to modify shipping city, province, or zip code
- Disallow your customers to modify the shipping country
- Disallow your customers to increase quantities exceeding a certain percentage of the original quantity
Access Customer Portal’s Settings
- Go to Apps and select Cleverific Order Editor.
- On the sidebar, click Customer Portal.
- You'll arrive on the Customer Portal setting page.
