Allowing customers to update product quantities in Customer Portal

In your Customer Portal settings, you can decide whether or not to allow your customers to change product quantities. The default setting is to allow them to update quantities, but you can change this anytime.

Disable quantity update

Steps

  1. Go to Apps > Cleverific Order Editor.
  2. Click Customer Portal, which will direct you to the Customer Portal settings.
  3. Navigate to the Customize order editing section.
  4. Under Decide what changes customers can make, uncheck the box next to Customers can increase or decrease item quantity

Your changes will be automatically saved.
