Allowing customers to update quantities

In your Customer Portal settings, you can decide whether or not you want to allow your customers to change product quantities. The default setting is to allow your customers to update quantities but you can change this anytime.

Disable quantity update

By default, customers can update quantities in Customer Portal. However, you can disable this setting by following the steps below. 

  1. Go to Customer Portal settings > Customize order editing section.
  2. Under Decide what changes customers can make, check the box next to Customers can increase or decrease item quantity

Your changes will be automatically saved.
