Preventing customers from changing the shipping address in Customer Portal

In your Customer Portal settings, you can decide whether or not to allow your customers to change the shipping address of their orders. The default setting is to allow them to edit their shipping address, but you can change this anytime.

Disable shipping address change

When this setting is unchecked, your customers won't be able to change any information from their shipping address in Customer Portal.

  1. Navigate to Apps > Cleverific Order Editor.
  2. In the nav menu, click Customer Portal.
  3. Navigate to the Fraud protection section.
  4. Under Shipping changes, uncheck the box next to Customers can change shipping address

  1. Click Save in the top bar.
