Disallowing customers to change the shipping address in Customer Portal
In your Customer Portal settings, you can decide whether or not to allow your customers to change the shipping address of their orders. The default setting is to allow them to edit their shipping address, but you can change this anytime.
Disable shipping address change
- Navigate to Apps > Cleverific Order Editor.
- Click Customer Portal, which will direct you to the Customer Portal settings.
- Navigate to the Fraud protection section.
- Under Decide what shipping information can be changed, uncheck the box next to Customers can change shipping address. Your changes will be automatically saved.
Your change will be saved automatically.
When this setting is unchecked, your customers won't be able to change any information from their shipping address in Customer Portal.
