Customer Portal triggers in Shopify Flow
Customer Portal triggers are events that start a workflow in Shopify Flow after customers edit their orders in Customer Portal. This article will explain the available triggers and how to access them in Flow.
Customer Portal triggers
The following Customer Portal triggers are available in Flow:
- Order canceled by customer: Triggers the workflow when a customer cancels an order through Customer Portal
- Order edited by customer: Triggers the workflow when a customer edits an order through Customer Portal. For example, when your customer changes a product quantity or variant, removes or adds a product.
- Shipping address changed by customer: Triggers the workflow when a customer edits an order's shipping address through Customer Portal
Start a workflow with a Customer Portal trigger
Steps
- From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Flow.
- Click Create workflow.
- Under "Start building", click Select a trigger.
- Select Cleverific Order Editor.
- Select one of the Customer Portal triggers available that will start your workflow.
To complete your workflow, add a condition (not required) and an action, then click Save.
