Shipping address validation in Customer Portal

Our shipping address validation feature automatically checks U.S. shipping addresses when customers edit their information in the Customer Portal. This article will give you an overview of this feature.

How shipping address validation works in Customer Portal

When your customers edit their shipping address with incorrect information or leave an address field blank, an error will be displayed in the "Change Shipping Address" modal.

The shipping address validation verifies the following information:

• Incorrect street address, street number, city, state/province, and postal/zip code.

• Missing street address, street number, city, postal/zip code
