Sending a Payment Request later

If you need to collect additional payments from an edited or newly created order, you can send a payment request through Cleverific at a later date.

Send a Payment Request with Cleverific

1. Open the order in your Shopify admin.

2. In the More Actions menu, click Send Payment Request.

3. The email address, Subject, and Message can be changed before you click on Send Payment Request.

Amount Due is the amount the customer will be asked to pay in the payment request.

Your order's status, order number, and information will remain the same because Cleverific doesn't have to edit the order to send the payment request.

Note: If the Amount Due equals 0, a notification window will appear to notify you that something went wrong. If you expect your order to have an amount due, please don't hesitate to reach out to
