Order tags and Cleverific

Overall, Cleverific tags all orders, whether you edit them, create them in the backend, or if customers edit them in Customer Portal. All existing order tags will be carried over after edits. This article will review the tags used by Cleverific.

Orders edited in Advanced Mode

For orders edited in Advanced Mode, the cancelled original order is tagged as well as the edited order with the following:

  • Edit Order - Cancelled: For the cancelled original order.
  • Edit Order: For the edited order.

Order edited in Customer Portal

You'll see the following tags depending on the actions taken on the orders:

  • Edit Order - Edited by Customer: When your customer edits the order in Customer Portal.
  • Edit Order - Cancelled by Customer: When your customer cancels the order in Customer Portal.
  • Edit Order - Test Order: When you create any test orders via your Customer Portal Settings.

Filtered order view in Shopify

You can filter your Shopify order list by any of these tags to get a comprehensive overview of orders edited in Customer Portal or Cleverific.
