Order tags and Cleverific

Overall, Cleverific tags all orders, whether you edit them or create them in the backend or if customers edit them in Customer Portal. All existing order tags will be carried over after edits. This article will show you the tags used by Cleverific.


Orders edited in Advanced Mode

For orders edited in Advanced Mode, the cancelled original order is tagged with "Edit Order - Cancelled", while the edited order is tagged "Edit Order".

Order edited in Customer Portal

For orders edited in Customer Portal, if your customer edited the order, you will see the tag "Edit Order - Edited by Customer".

If your customers cancelled an order, the tag "Edit Order - Cancelled by Customer" will be added.

Any test orders created via your Customer Portal Settings will be tagged "Edit Order - Test Order".


Filtered order view

You can filter your Shopify order list by any of these tags to get a comprehensive overview of orders edited in Customer Portal or Cleverific.
