Preventing product edits based on product tags in Customer Portal

In Customer Portal, you can prevent customers from editing specific products by using product tags.

Prevent product edits based on certain tags

  1. Go to Customer Portal settings > Customize order editing section.
  2. Under Decide which product can be edited, check the box next to Don't allow customers to edit orders tagged with. 

  1. Enter the name of a product tag you want to add. You can enter as many tags as you need.
  2. Your changes will be automatically saved.
