Requiring a customer on orders and draft orders
By default, Cleverific allows orders and draft orders to be saved without a customer assigned. If your workflow requires a customer to always be present before an order can be saved, this can be enforced with a backend setting.
Note: This setting is available upon request. Please contact support@cleverific.com to have it enabled for your store.
How it works
Once enabled, Cleverific will display an error message if a staff member attempts to save an order or draft order without a customer entered. The order cannot be saved until a customer is selected.

Who this applies to
This applies to all users editing orders or draft orders through Cleverific, including staff and collaborators.
