Sending an email notification when updating an order
By default, Cleverific does not send emails to your customers when you edit their order. You can change this by selecting an email confirmation template to use before saving your edits.
Send an email notification
1. In the editing screen, click the dropdown menu under Email Confirmation
2. Select an email confirmation template for that order
When you save your edits, Cleverific will send an email notification to your customer letting them know that their order has been updated.
Change a default email notification template
You can configure a default template in your Cleverific
Advanced Settings. With a default template selected, you won't have to select a template every time you make an edit. Here's how to do this:
From your Shopify Admin:
- Navigate to Apps > Cleverific Order Editor
- Click the Settings link.
- Select Advanced Settings.
- In the Email Notifications section, click the dropdown menu and select a template to be your default.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
