Changing the from address in your email notification templates
When sending an email notification using Cleverific, your customer will see that the message was sent from the address assigned to that template in your Email Templates. When you first install Cleverific, the Customer email address that is assigned in your Shopify settings is automatically imported into this field.
Change the from address field
You can change the email address your customers see when receiving emails from you sent via Cleverific.
Steps
- Navigate to Apps > Cleverific Order Editor.
- In the nav menu, click Settings.

- Select Email Templates in the side menu.

- Click the email template you'd like to update.

- Update the From Address field.

- Click Save in the top bar to confirm your changes.
