Editing or adding product SKU to existing order
This article explains how to use Cleverific's Advanced Mode to add or change a product SKU.
Note: This edit is only available in Advanced Mode, which cancels the original order and supersedes it with a "save as" version.
Add or edit product SKU
1. Open the order in which you want to correct the product SKU
- Click More Actions > Edit Order
- Click on the three dots next to the line item you want to change and select Advanced edit.
- Input the correct SKU in the open field and click the blue Apply button.
- Click the blue Apply button.
- Click Save.
Once all steps are complete, the original order will be canceled, and a new order with the correct SKU will replace it.
