Editing or adding product SKU to existing order

This article explains how to use Cleverific's Advanced Mode to add or change a product SKU.

Note: This edit is only available in Advanced Mode, which cancels the original order and supersedes it with a "save as" version.

Add or edit product SKU

1. Open the order in which you want to correct the product SKU

  1. Click  More Actions >  Edit Order
  2. Click on the three dots next to the line item you want to change and select Advanced edit.

  1. Input the correct SKU in the open field and click the blue Apply button.

  1. Click the blue Apply button.
  2. Click Save. 

Once all steps are complete, the original order will be canceled, and a new order with the correct SKU will replace it.
