Updating your default email notification templates
Email Notifications is a section in Cleverific’s Advanced Settings for configuring default email notification templates sent to your customers when editing in Cleverific. This can be done for both edited orders and new orders created by Cleverific. The default is set to "Do not send".
Update the default email template
- Open an order in Shopify and click More Actions > Edit Order, or start a new order or draft order via Cleverific.
- In the editor header, click the wheel icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Advanced Settings from the dropdown menu.
- In the Email Notifications section, click the dropdown menu and select the desired default email template. This will be automatically sent when you save your edits in Cleverific's Advanced Mode or Quick Mode.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
