Order Cancellations report for Customer Portal
In your Cleverific Dashboard, you can access an Order Cancellations report for Customer Portal. This report helps you gain deeper insights into customer behavior and identify common reasons for order cancellations made in the Customer Portal. This article will show you how to access it and the data available.
Access your order cancellation report
- From your Shopify Admin, navigate to Apps > Cleverific Order Editor.
- In your Cleverific dashboard, click Reports.
- You now have an overview of your order cancellations in Customer Portal.
Understand your report data
By clicking the dropdown, you can select to view data from the last 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days.
This report will give you insights into the following data:
- Total number of order cancellations in Customer Portal for the selected period.
- The list of cancel reasons manually entered in the freeform field or selected in the dropdown by your customers when cancelling their orders in Customer Portal. If they didn't enter a reason, it will appear as "Blank or no response" in your report.
- The total quantity for each cancel reason, entered or selected.
- The percentage of responses for each cancel reason, entered or selected.
