Adding or removing the edited order suffix (#1000A)

Add suffix to edited orders (#1000A) is a default setting that helps add clarity to the editing workflow used by Cleverific.

Disable suffixing through Advanced Settings

If you’d prefer that edited orders appear in your admin labeled with the next available order number instead of a suffixed version of the original order, you can disable this setting in your Cleverific's Advanced Settings.

Steps

1. Open an order in Shopify and click More Actions > Edit Order, or start a new order or draft order via Cleverific.
2. In the editor header, click the wheel icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select Advanced Settings from the dropdown menu.

4. Uncheck the box next to the setting Add suffix to edited orders (#1000A).

4. Click Save to confirm your changes.
