Upsells campaigns with Cleverific

Cleverific’s Upsells Campaigns let you offer customers additional products to purchase after they place an order, helping boost AOV and highlight key products. There are two touchpoints where upsell offers can appear:

  • A post-purchase offer immediately after checkout
  • An upsell offer on the order status page ("You may also like" section)

Both are managed in one place under the Upsells menu in your Cleverific app.

How does an upsell campaign work?

For each touchpoint, you can choose which product to feature, apply an optional discount, and use trigger variants to control when each offer appears.

Each Upsell campaign can be paused or archived (removed)

Add Trigger

Select which product(s) will trigger this campaign. For example, you might show upsells only when a customer purchases a specific item.

If you don’t set any triggers, the upsells campaign will appear for every order, regardless of which products were purchased.

Post Purchase

The post-purchase offer appears immediately after a customer completes checkout, before the Thank You page. They can choose to accept or decline the offer.

Order Status Page

Customers can view this offer on their order status page, under a "You may also like" section.
