Preserving order timestamps when editing an order with Cleverific
Preserve order timestamps is a default setting in Cleverific’s Advanced Settings. When enabled, this setting sets the “processed_at” date/time for an order to the same date/time as the original order. It is enabled by default.
Disable Preserve order timestamps setting
You can set Cleverific so that your edited orders appear at the top of your orders list, with the “processed_at” timestamp reflecting the time of the edit instead of the time the original order was created.
- Open an order in Shopify and click More Actions > Edit Order, or start a new order or draft order via Cleverific.
- In the editor header, click the wheel icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Advanced Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Uncheck the checkbox next to Preserve order timestamps and click Save at the top right of the page.
