Adding a product to an order
You can use Cleverific to add a product to an existing order in Shopify. This article will show you how to do this.
1. Open the order that you’d like to add an item to, then click Edit Order from the More options dropdown menu.
2. Click the search product bar and enter the title of the product you’d like to add. Once you find the product, click on it to add it to the order.
Note: Your product has to be active to appear in the results. If you're still unable to find your product, perform a strict title search by entering 'title:[search-term]' into the search bar and replacing the [search-term] with the product title.
If your product is inactive, feel free to contact us, and we'll enable the ability for you to add products with a draft status
- You will now be redirected to your newly edited order, which will contain the product that you added.
