Do not issue a refund setting

Do not issue a refund is an optional setting available in Cleverific’s Advanced Settings. This setting prevents an automatic refund from being issued when one is due after editing an order in Cleverific. This store setting is disabled by default.

Access the Do not issue a refund setting

  1. Open an order in Shopify and click More Actions > Edit Order, or start a new order or draft order via Cleverific.
  2. In the editor header, click the wheel icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Advanced Settings from the dropdown menu.

  1. In the Payments section, check the box next to Do not issue a refund and click Save at the top right of the page.

It is not recommended that this be enabled and used as a default setting except for very specific use cases.
