Copying custom metafields to an edited order

In Cleverific, you can find a setting that will carry over your custom metafields created in Shopify or via a third-party app to your edited order. This setting is disabled by default. 

Copy custom metafields to an edited order

At an order level

When editing an order in Cleverific's Advanced Mode:

1. Scroll down to the Settings section toward the bottom of the editing screen
2. Click Edit.
3. Check the box next to Copy custom metafields to an edited order.

At a store level

You can enable this setting at your store level so this will apply to all your orders moving forward.

1. Navigate to Apps > Cleverific Order Editor.
2. In the nav menu, click Settings.

3. Select the checkbox next to Copying custom metafields to an edited order and click Save in the top bar.

Known limitation

This setting is currently only available for actual orders and can't be applied to draft orders.
