Cleverific's Upsells feature overview

In Cleverific, you can show customers a product offer immediately after they complete checkout. These post-purchase offers appear before the Thank You page, and customers can accept or decline without re-entering their payment details.
Funnel layouts
Each offer is set up as a funnel. When you create one, you choose a layout:
Multi-step funnel: offers appear one at a time. Each accept or decline leads to the next offer.
Single page: up to 3 offers appear together. The customer accepts each individually, or leaves.
Grid: a collection displayed as a grid. Adding a product moves the customer to the next grid page, up to 3 pages.
Carousel: a collection showing two offers at a time, with previous and next arrows. Adding a product moves the customer to the next collection, up to 3.
You can run multiple funnels at once. Each one can be paused or archived on its own.
Trigger rules
By default, a funnel shows on every order. You can use trigger rules to narrow when a funnel appears, targeting by product, collection, customer tag, order count, and more.
Generate recommendations
Cleverific can analyze your order history to find which products your customers already buy together, then draft funnels based on those patterns. You review the suggestions and activate the ones that make sense.
Insights
After a generation run, the Insights page shows what Cleverific found: orders analyzed, your top cross-sell pairs, and a network view of product relationships across your catalog.
