Adding custom fields (note attributes) to an order

In Cleverific, you can add additional structured information about your orders by adding custom fields. Custom fields (or note attributes) can be useful to give instructions to fulfillment, attribute commissions to sales representatives, add a delivery date, and more. This article will show you how to add these to your orders in Cleverific. 

Add custom fields in Cleverific

These can be added in Advanced Mode, Quick Mode, and draft orders.

Steps

1. In your Shopify order list, select the order you want to edit.

2. On the order page, click More Actions > Edit Order.

3. Navigate to the Custom Fields section.

4. Click the (+) symbol.

5. Enter a description and a value.

6. Click Save to save your changes.

7. The custom fields you entered in Cleverific will be displayed on your order page in Shopify as Additional details under the Notes section.
