Combining Shopify orders with Cleverific

Cleverific can be used to combine two orders into one. Below are the steps to help you do this.
Combine orders
In the following example, we will use paid orders #2085 and #2086 to demonstrate combining two orders.
Open order #2085 and order #2086 in two separate windows, and put them side by side on your screen.
Open Cleverific for the order with more line items (#2085) and use the product search to find and add all of the items from the other order (#2086).
Once all of the items from order #2086 have been added, click Save order. This will create your new, combined order as order #2085A, and order #2085 will be canceled automatically without issuing a refund.
Mark order #2085A as paid on the order page of your Shopify Admin.
Cancel order #2086 without issuing a refund and without sending a notification to your customer.
Your two orders will now be combined.
Note: Cleverific doesn't have a feature to automatically combine orders at the moment.
