Editing an upsell funnel with Sidekick

You can ask Shopify Sidekick to change an existing Cleverific post-purchase upsell funnel: swap an offer, adjust a discount, rename it, or update who it targets. Sidekick opens the funnel in Cleverific so you can review the change before it applies.
What you can change
Tell Sidekick which funnel to edit by name, for example "Change the discount on my snowboard upsell to 20%." If more than one funnel matches, Sidekick asks which one you mean. Archived funnels are read-only and can't be opened for editing this way.
You can change an offer's product or percent discount, rename the funnel, or update its targeting conditions, such as limiting it to repeat customers or orders from a specific collection. Discounts are percentage-based only; dollar amounts aren't supported.
Offer changes, meaning a different product or discount, can't be applied to a funnel that's currently live. Pause the funnel from its own page first, ask Sidekick for the change, then resume it.
Renaming a funnel and updating its targeting both work while it's live.
Reviewing and applying the change
Review the proposed change in the banner on the funnel's page in Cleverific.
Select Apply to save the change, or dismiss the banner to discard it.
Activating or pausing a funnel isn't available through chat. Use the Activate and go live control, or the pause control, on the funnel's own page in Cleverific.
