If you close a draft or a proposed change, or apply one some time after asking for it, Sidekick's confirmation can arrive too late for the chat to react, even though your action on the page went through. Check the funnel's own page in Cleverific to confirm what happened, rather than relying on Sidekick's reply.

Sidekick's chat reply doesn't always match what happened to an upsell funnel. This is a limitation of how Shopify delivers chat responses, and the funnel's own page in Cleverific always shows what actually happened.
Common cases
Sidekick didn't say anything after I closed a draft or applied a change
A change I asked for isn't showing up right after Sidekick opens a funnel
The funnel page can still be loading at the moment Sidekick tries to stage a change. Wait a few seconds and ask again.
Known limitations
Activating or pausing a funnel isn't available through chat. Use the controls on the funnel's own page in Cleverific.
Archived funnels are read-only and can't be opened for editing through chat.
Discounts set through Sidekick are percentage-based only. Dollar-amount discounts aren't supported.
