Editing existing line item properties

You can take note of product customizations through Cleverific. This article will show you how to edit existing line item properties (custom product options) to accurately reflect your customization.
Edit a line item property
You can edit line item properties in Cleverific's Advanced Mode and draft orders. This feature isn't available in Quick Mode.
Steps
In your Shopify admin, select the order you want to edit.
On the order page, click More Actions > Edit Order.
Click on the existing line item property to edit it.
Modify the existing values.
Click Apply.
When you're done editing your order, click Save.
Note: Due to limitations in Shopify's API, multiple line item properties (custom attributes) with an identical option name can't be saved in draft orders. You will need to ensure your line item properties' option names are unique (i.e.: test, test1, test2)
Known issue
Due to a Shopify caching issue, edits to line item properties may not appear immediately on the draft order page after saving. The changes are saved correctly, but Shopify's interface can take up to 30 seconds to reflect updates.
Workaround:
Wait at least 45 seconds after saving
Refresh the draft order page manually
Cleverific includes a forced refresh when opening the draft order in a new tab, but Shopify controls the timing of updates on its draft order details page. Shopify's development team has confirmed this issue and is investigating, but this hasn't been their top priority.
