How Cleverific's backend order editing works

You might need more advanced features to edit your orders than what Shopify’s native editing provides. Whether you’re looking to edit a custom order, streamline your order fulfillment, manage your wholesale orders, or just speed up your order processing, Cleverific has what you need, all in one place.

To provide the best order editing possible, Cleverific works using two editing modes:

• Advanced Mode is where you can make edits that just can’t be made in Shopify. Using a “save-as” edit, you have a large range of edits available to help you achieve your editing needs.

• In Quick Mode, your edits are all saved directly in place. Once you’ve completed and saved your edits, they appear directly on the original order.

Access Cleverific

1. In your Shopify Admin, open the order you'd like to edit.

2. Click More Actions > Edit Order.

This will open your order in Cleverific, and you can start editing it!

Switch between modes

Accessing Advanced Mode or Quick Mode is easy; you just need to switch the toggle at the top right corner.
