Adding Cleverific’s Admin App Block to your order details page

You can use Cleverific’s Admin App Block to display helpful information directly on the Shopify order details page, like showing billing address edits made through Quick Mode or Customer Portal.

This is especially useful if:

• You allow customers to update their billing address through Customer Portal

• You manually edit the billing address in Quick Mode

• Your support team needs quick visibility into what changed on an order

Install Cleverific's App Block on your order pages

Once added, this app block will show any available Cleverific edit information related to that order, such as the most recent billing address edits.

Steps

1. Open any of your orders in your Shopify Admin.

2. Scroll to the App Blocks section.

3. Click + App Block.

4. Select Cleverific order details.

5. Click the pin icon to pin to page for all staff.

You only need to do this once. Once the App block has been pinned, it will appear on all your order pages.

• Billing address edits made in Quick Mode

• Billing address edits made by your customers in Customer Portal
