Cleverific is unable to support import duties and customs duties due to Shopify's platform limitations.

Because Cleverific doesn't receive any information to read the import or customs duty amount on an order, this amount will be reflected as a refund due on the order.

Workaround

Our best solution to prevent this refund would be to add a custom product that is not taxable to your order for the amount of your import or customs duties.
